Genus Care

At Genus Care we attach great importance to safety, security and continuous improvement. That is why we comply with internationally recognized standards in the field of privacy and information security.

Since May 2025, Genus Care has been ISO and NEN certified. We have an ISO 27001 and a NEN 7510 certificate. These certificates have been awarded to us for three years and we are annually assessed to see if we meet the requirements.

ISO 27001

The ISO 27001 certification is a globally recognized standard in the field of information security. With this certification, we meet all requirements regarding information security. With the introduction of the GDPR law, the rules in Europe regarding data protection have been further tightened and our management system has been set up accordingly. The ISO 27001 certificate means that as an organization we have implemented a systematic, risk-based approach to information security that stimulates best practices around:

– Identifying risks for information and cyber security
– Analyzing risks based on impact and probability
– Evaluating risks and prioritizing when to address them
– Selecting options for risk treatment
