Communication is crucial. When you fall or when you press the alarm button, you want to know that you alert has been received and if someone is coming. At Genus, we upgraded our GPS SOS alarm button whereby we let it “speak”! If the fall sensor is activated, we let the user know. If the alert has been sent to our Genus system, we let the user know. If someone has reacted, we let the user know who reacted and what the action is. One more example of how we help to make our clients feel connected and feel safe.
